Beta·Premium domains, leased per period

Domains are an asset.
Lease them (out).

An idle domain is an asset doing nothing. Lease out the ones you hold and earn every period, or lease the one you want without buying it. Tenants and their agents point it where they want and keep it exactly as long as the payments hold.

No custody, no allowance, no card on file. Every payment is signed by the tenant in advance and settles on its date through checkout402.

Height is what a domain has earned. When the payments stop, it comes back flat and the owner's zone returns.

Two sides, one primitive

For domain owners

Lease out idle domains for recurring revenue. Keep the registrar, keep ownership; the domain comes back the day the payments stop.

  1. Verify
    one TXT record proves control.
  2. Set a price
per period, with a minimum term.
  3. Earn
every period pays your wallet directly, our cut carved out of the price.

For businesses

Use the domain you want without buying it. Lease it per period, cancel when you are done.

  1. Find
browse by ending, price and category.
  2. Pay
sign the series once; each period settles on its date.
  3. Use
one click to Vercel, Netlify, GitHub Pages, Google or Microsoft mail.

What happens when the money stops

A missed payment is a grace periodSeven days past the paid date, then the owner's zone comes back, byte for byte.
Cancel any timeThe tenant stops the remaining periods with one signed message, or on-chain, and keeps the domain until the paid date.
Nobody holds the moneyEach period moves from the tenant's wallet to the owner's on its date. Nothing sits in between.
The owner's zone is never touchedA tenant's records live in their own layer. Ending the lease archives it and restores yours.
